Minnesota fun

While in Minnesota, we visited Sibley Park where Abigail feed goats and ponies. Went to the Minnesota Zoo, played at various parks, shopped, ate at our favorite cafes, road the carousal.

Ryan also did some fishing with his dad and enjoyed time in MN northland for a few days. I also took a couple yoga classes while the grandma's babysat.

We are all looking forward to getting back to Minnesota soon, 10 days just was not long enough!

Fun with Aunts & Uncles

Playing with Uncle Jason, pushing Aunt Amber, sliding with Great Aunt Kelly, sitting with Great Aunt Irene, enjoying family time with Great Uncle John, Cousin Alissa, Great Aunt Laura

Family Time in Minnesota

Of course while we were in Minnesota we visited all of our family! Here are the Grandparents! Grandparent Wobschall's, Grandma Joann, Great Grandpa Wobschall, and Great Grandma Woelpern

Pee Pee in the Potty

Yes we have pee pee in the potty going on at our house. Couple months ago we bought Abigail a potty chair. So it has been sitting in our bathroom for her to get used to, she sits on it when we are in the bathroom and puts her baby doll in it, and says potty when she see's it. I am the kind of mom who doesn't push my little girl until she is ready to try or learn new things. I have read research and talked with other mom's about some of their successes at parenting. Well it seems to be working. Sunday night Abigail used her potty for what it is intended for, which sure makes a proud Mamma and Dadda!! So when we get from our trip, we will focus more on using the potty and who knows maybe by the end of summer and before preschool she will have mastered potty training!! But no pressure or expectations, just going with the flow, as that is what life is about!

Happy Mother's Day

To all the mother's out there in my life, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! Especially my Mom, who raised me to be the person I am today!!
I feel so blessed on this special day!! My husband and beautiful daughter took me out for breakfast and gave me charms from one of my favorite jewelry companies~Waxing Poetic, check them out if you haven't But most important having the day together to spend as a family is the most treasured gift!! Also, my daughter giving me a leaf she found is a very special simple treasure, because I know it comes from the heart which matters most!! I love being a Mom, it is the best thing in the world! Thank you hubby and Abigail for this special day!!

These mother's quote sum up what a Mother's LOVE is:

body." ~Elizabeth Stone

their hearts forever." ~Author Unknown

mothers." ~Jewish Proverb

20 Months Old

Today Abigail is 20 months old! She is so much more active then a few months ago, not only walking, but running! Loves to explore and make-believe, which is so much fun to watch and participate in! This morning we enjoyed walking with Tracye and her little boy Luke. Aw he is so precious! He is a little over a month old and so hard to remember Abigail being that small, but in reality it wasn't that long ago. Time goes by so fast, so must remember to treasure and enjoy everyday! Today we also enjoyed playtime with a couple of her kitty cat friends out in the warm sun!

Before church on Sunday I tried to get a good picture of her in her dress, but the girl doesn't like to sit down much and I wasn't quick enough to get her while she was sitting, but at least you can see how cute she is already for church.

Soon we will be getting ready to take a trip to Minnesota to visit our family! Looking forward to lots of family time, time with friends, and some MN fresh cool air!
